If you pay with a card issued outside Italy, your bank may apply an additional currency conversion or foreign transaction fee. This charge is applied by your bank, not by the castle.

Tickets: Conditions of Sale

Tickets are non-refundable. They cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason. By completing your purchase, you accept this condition.

Please check the date and time carefully before confirming your booking.

Once you have your ticket, keep it safe. Lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed tickets cannot be replaced or refunded, and may not be used to gain admission to the castle.

Wines and Boutique Purchases

Wines and other items from the boutique may be paid for using any of the methods listed above.

Faulty goods may be returned within 3 working days of purchase for exchange against the same item. Items must be unopened, in their original condition, with all tags and the original receipt. Sale items cannot be exchanged or refunded.
